These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and betso888 ("betso888," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the betso888 online gaming platform accessible at betso888.app and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

betso888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) betso888 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. betso888 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betso888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. betso888 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorized by you unless you have notified betso888 of unauthorized access in writing without undue delay.

betso888 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended pending resolution.

All financial transactions on betso888 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). betso888 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your betso888 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. betso888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as published on the Platform.

• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full.

General bonus conditions applicable to all betso888 promotions include:

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, betso888 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the player's account. betso888's decision in such matters is final.

betso888 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game at any time. Games may be removed, modified, or temporarily suspended for maintenance or regulatory reasons without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betso888 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

All content on the betso888 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of betso888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any betso888 content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betso888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

betso888's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betso888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

betso888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The minimum age to register and play on betso888 is 21 years old, in strict compliance with PAGCOR regulations. betso888 actively enforces age verification and will suspend any account where underage access is suspected.

betso888 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to help manage time spent on the Platform.

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and anti-money laundering checks.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact betso888's support team to seek an informal resolution. betso888 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.

betso888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Amended Terms take effect upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the betso888 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
